Lyla Fedio, a sophomore at Redondo Union High in California, finished fourth in the girls varsity 3-mile race at the Bay League championship meet on her home course. Fedio clocked 17:30.1 to help Redondo Union finish second overall by a 33-54 margin behind Mira Costa, advancing to the CIF-Southern Section Division 1 prelims Nov. 13 at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut.
